Cheesesteak Dip with Garlic Aioli

1: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2: Add a little oil and then add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Cook until it's browned and cooked through.

3: Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

4: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and then add the sliced onion. Sauté until they become soft and slightly caramelized.

5: Return the cooked steak to the skillet and stir to combine with the onions and provolone. Cover to melt.

6: In a small pot, pour water and allow it to boil, add 1 tablespoon of beef base.

7: Let it simmer for a few minutes until the broth reduces slightly.

8: Toast your roll with butter, add Aioli, then enjoy.
